4. Content ownership

You own your speeches. Any content you create using our tools belongs to you. We claim no ownership over speeches you generate, write, or analyse using our platform.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as an automated service.
  • Exceed published rate limits or abuse the platform.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Speeches generated by our AI tools are provided as drafts and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and delivering the final speech. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific occasion.

8. Limitation of liability

The Speech Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to embarrassment from a poorly received speech.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
