AI Delivery Coach — Practice Your Speech
The difference between a good speech and a great one is rehearsal. Record yourself, listen back, and hear exactly what your audience will hear.
Reading your speech silently and delivering it out loud are completely different experiences. When you hear yourself back, you catch problems that are invisible on paper: filler words you didn't notice, sections where you rush, monotone stretches that drain energy, and transitions that feel awkward when spoken.
Research shows that speakers who rehearse out loud at least three times deliver with significantly more confidence and fewer verbal stumbles. Five to seven full runs is the sweet spot for a polished, natural delivery — enough to know the material cold without sounding rehearsed.
This is especially important for high-stakes moments. A best man speech that sounds great on paper can fall flat if you rush through the emotional moments. A business pitch loses impact if you fill pauses with “um” and “uh.” A eulogy needs space for feeling — and only practice reveals where those spaces should be.
Our delivery coach records your speech directly in the browser. Nothing is uploaded — your recordings stay on your device and disappear when you close the page. Record as many takes as you want, listen back, and track your improvement from run to run.
Pace tracking
See exactly how long your speech takes. Most speakers rush — recording reveals where you need to slow down.
Filler word awareness
Hearing yourself say “um,” “like,” and “you know” is the fastest way to stop doing it. Most people use 2-3x more filler words than they think.
Energy and tone check
Does your voice convey excitement, sincerity, or conviction? Playback reveals monotone stretches you would never notice while speaking.
Multiple takes
Record as many runs as you want. Compare your first take to your fifth and hear the improvement.

Frequently asked questions
How does the delivery coach work?
Click to allow microphone access, then hit record. Deliver your speech as if you were in front of your audience. When you stop, listen to the playback immediately. You can record multiple takes and compare them.
Are my recordings stored or sent anywhere?
No. All recordings stay in your browser and are never uploaded to any server. When you close the page, the recordings are gone. Your privacy is fully protected.
What should I listen for in my recordings?
Focus on three things: filler words (um, uh, like), pacing (are you rushing through key moments?), and energy (does your voice convey the emotion you want?). Most speakers are surprised by how many filler words they use.
How many times should I rehearse?
Research suggests 5-7 full rehearsals for a polished delivery. The first 2-3 runs are about learning the content. The final runs are about refining tone, timing, and emotional delivery.
